What kind of outbuildings do you construct?

Do I need planning permission?
Most garden buildings fall under permitted development when within height and footprint limits. We advise on your specific plot and can support an application if needed.
Can you run power, lighting and heating?
Yes. We coordinate certified electricians for armoured supply, sockets, lighting and heating, plus data and plumbing where required.
Is it insulated for year-round use?
Yes. Floors, walls and roof are insulated and the building is fully lined and finished so it can be used comfortably all year.
What base do you build on?
Usually a reinforced concrete slab or an insulated raft, installed by our own groundworks team so the whole job stays with one contractor.
How long does construction take?
A typical garden room takes two to four weeks from breaking ground to handover, depending on size and specification.
